I have another new unsolved problem.
All our test products have a price in Euro without a cent indication. The store is set up so that the displayed prices are incl. VAT.
When I now open our store page, everything is displayed correctly on the first page. Example: AirPods Pro 499,00 incl. VAT.

If I go to page 2 in the store, then all prices are displayed net, with the note incl. VAT.

Example: Mango Daiquiri is priced at 48€ in the store, but on page 2 the price is shown as 40,34€. This error affects all products without exception on page 2 of the store.
How to change this so that all products show the correct price (as on store page 1) to all store pages?
Hello, Juergen,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Please go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,

Hi Rose,
I am desperate with your template and urgently looking for a solution to the following problem.
When I call the store as admin in wordpress, all settings in the store appear correctly.
All products are displayed correctly with the correct price and VAT. When I click on the shopping cart icon, everything is also displayed correctly in the shopping cart.

If I call up our website via other PCs, all items in the store are displayed without VAT – likewise in the shopping cart.

One more thing: Since today the start page on my iPhone looks very multi-dignified. In the backend everything looks okay.

What did I change yesterday? Added the progressbar and the CSS code from you. Something is not right.
Of course, I regularly delete the cache in WordPress.
How can this problem be solved permanently?
Hello, Juergen,
Thank you for the response.
1/ Here is what we can see when log in with the access you provided – https://prnt.sc/_hypPidKyAbG
Try to clear the cache of your browser and check one more time.
We asked you to check prices with the Storefront theme activated because such situations are independent of the theme. You need to contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Read more – https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/
2/ https://www.dropbox.com/s/3qmwle5fh65kmuy/2023-04-13_10-43-52.png?dl=0 – e would recommend you disable Mobile Optimization in Theme options > General.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.
