Different swatches to replace Size Guide

Hi. On the template you have a handy toggle for a Size Guide to be displayed, which opens up a window. All good, but as with most sites, this information needs to be more bespoke for different sections. Is there a way (function or easier) I can use what you have here and make a swatch for materials for seating section, panels for desks, etc.

If this is too complicated I may be able to create one for all but don’t think client will go for it!

ok, so where can I edit the size guide? Also, is this in functions because I’ll have a go at duplicating and extending if possible myself

Hello,

You can upload your own image for Size guide box in XMarket – Theme Settings > Single Product Page > Size Guide img
Then you can choose for which product to show it: go to Products > select the needed product > Custom Settings (at the bottom of the page) > tick “Enable Size Guide on this product”.

Yes, but where can I locate it within coding? I am happy to have a go at altering some function code if I can easily locate it 🙂

You can find the code in the file wp-content/themes/xmarket/woocommerce/single-product/short-description.php

Hi. I’ve uploaded my own new Swatch to my site and it works fine, BUT I want it to say “Colour Swatch” instead of “Size Guide”.

I’d also like to move it elsewhere on the page, but struggling to find where this it is to edit in code

Hello,

To change the text you need edit the file wp-content/themes/xmarket/woocommerce/single-product/short-description.php
Please specify where exactly you want to move it? Could you please provide us with the link to your page where the “Colour Swatch” image is displayed?
