Hi, I need to disable the new feature “Sale price time start & end”. Simply just woocommerce default sale scheduling which I needed.
because I need to integrate with another third party system.
Hello,
Please provide your site URL for better understanding.

Hi Rose,
We have manage to update the sale price and sale schedule using Woocommerce API.
But in the XSTORE THEME we saw an additional field (_sale_price_time_start) in sale schedule option
Is is possible to disable these additional fields ? because after we update the sale schedule data using Woocommerce default API, we don’t include this start & end time.
After the sale schedule date is overdue, we check that the product is still showing Scheduled Sale Price (not the regular price).

Please advise
Hello,
Those fields should not affect sale schedule. If you change the sale date using the third-party plugin our theme should support it. Can you provide me temporary Dashboard access to your site to check the sale schedule? And let me know your actions to change the sale price/sale date to reproduce the problem.

Hello,
I think the problem is related to your price http://prntscr.com/l9ici8 not to Sale price time start/end.
Once we changed the price everything is ok and no matter if Sale price time is set or not.

Hi,
I think thats not correct.
Please do check again this page http://jube-wp-dev1.azurewebsites.net/sale/
All was created from Woocommerce API and set to expired today, and it still there in sale products
Except for SKU No : 610K102343 TOSCA, this we just created and set to be expired tomorrow, this also created from Woocommerce API.
So you can compare products that already overdue and product hat just created from Woocommerce API.
Could you please check what is the problem when sale schedule is overdue then it is showing incorrect price ( not original price) and still it is detected as sale product
Thank you
Hello,
I have checked the sale products with the default WooCommerce theme Storefront and don’t see the difference in product price http://prntscr.com/l9znta
I don’t understand what problem is related strictly to our theme. I suppose something is wrong with the way how you change the sale day and sale price.
Sorry, but we can help you only with issues related strictly to our theme. In this case, you need to contact WooCommerce support I suppose.
Regards
