    Good day,

How would I go abouts disabling the zoom option when I hover over the images wihtin the product page? What I mean by zoom is when I put my mouse over the images it loads the same image to the side of it.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

In wp-admin panel go to XMarket – Theme Settings > Single Product Page section and untick “Enable Cloud Zoom for products”. Don’t forget to save changes.

    Thank you.

    Thank you for the reply.

When I applied the change, I am unable to slide through the product page image using the arrows. I can only get the slider to work/change image if I leave the “Enable Cloud Zoom” checked.

    Is that normal?

    Thank you

    Good day,

    Thank you for the reply.

I have updated the theme and still no go. Once its disabled I can only click on the image within the slider. I have it disabled currently, have a look at a product to see what I mean.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Could you please show a screenshot of what arrows you’re talking about?
I don’t see them when zoom is enabled or disabled.

    Thank you.

Done. I really think its an issue with the theme. Does it do the same with the demo if you uncheck the cloud zoom?

    Thank you,

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

We’ve checked it on our demo site and aren’t experiencing such problem.
The image gallery scroll is working with the disabled zoom option.
Please try to deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and check it again.
    Thank you.

After updating to the latest theme version, It broke a bunch of things. 2 major things is when you click on the shop and or the about us tab in the menu they dont work. They want to download a .gz file. Also the search option no longer works.

The menu tabs only work when you are logged in as an administrator.

I will be reverting back to a backup to get my site backup and functional.

    Hello,

I’ve checked Shop and About Us menu items and they are clickable and redirect to correct pages.
Also search form is working. Try to clear browser cache and check again.

    Thank you.

    Good day,

They are now working because I reverted back to the old version of the theme. However furthertrouble lead me to believe it might be the caching plugin that is causing this.

The site is backup now and will perform more testing.

    Thank you

    Hello,

I’ve disabled zoom option and on the page http://itspauldeals.com/product/spy-camera-recorder-pen-audio-video/ the arrows are working for thumbnails gallery.
The problem persists only on this page http://itspauldeals.com/product/hd-720p-spy-pen/ because you have only 5 thumbnails that are all displayed and there is nothing show more. Try to upload the sixth image to the gallery of this product and check again.

    Thank you.

Thank you Eva for your reply.

I should of been more clearier. When the zoom option is disabled, the arrows work but is there no way to have the product image being displaved change when you click on the thumbnail images? This is possible when the zoom option is enabled but I dont like the fact that when zoom is enabled the image gets magnify whehn you hover over the image.

So ideal, I want zoom to be disabled but when clicking on the thumbnail images the product image gets replaced with the image you are clicking on.

    Thank you,
