Disappearing menu issue and “array” appearing on my xstore-themed site

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to you because I’m experiencing an issue with my website using the xstore theme. For the past few days, the main menu has disappeared, and the word “array” has appeared in its place. This has made navigating my website nearly impossible, and I’m not sure how to fix this problem.

I have already tried disabling and then reactivating the theme, but this didn’t resolve the issue. I also checked the theme settings to ensure the menu is properly configured, but everything seems to be in order on that end.

I was wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue or if you have any suggestions to help me fix this problem. I am open to any ideas and advice you may be willing to share.

Hello, Mady,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please provide a URL of page with the login form on your site, and temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area. We need to take a closer look first.
Also, provide FTP access, please. Then this problem will be passed to our developers.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

I would like to report an issue regarding the Xstore theme. The menu has disappeared from all pages and the only word that appears is “array”. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue?

In order to help with the troubleshooting process, I would like to provide you with my FTP access details (Filezilla)

Dear, Mady,

We really want to help you, but we need your cooperating. Please do not ignore our questions and reply every:

1/ How can we log in to the Dashboard of your site? We need a URL / link to the page which has login form. Please before the reply, make sure that username and password you previously provided are correct now.
We ask you about this because we currently can’t even open your site.

2/ We can’t connect FTP with the credentials you provided.
Please try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself, and provide us with the correct data: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else?

This problem took a lot of your time, and we want to help you ASAP, so please carefully check and reply with correct access to wp-admin and FTP via the Private Content area.
