Disappointed in all the instantsite changes from update

I just moved to the newest update and i have 5 licenses, so that means 5 websites that will need to completely be reworked, I had headers designed a certain way,clients dont like site changes without their approval,also I have no idea how to work on the sites content such as phone number which changed during the update in the header or email address there how to control anything VERY disappointed that i have hours of work to do now and an update would make so many changes

Hello,

If you need to update live sites to a major version we would recommend you to create a staging site(full copy of the production site) and update the theme there first. If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update the production site.
Could you, please, explain to me in more detail what exactly is wrong with your email address and phone number? Provide us with screenshots for better understanding.

http://www.kineticmotorworks.com is basically how the site was templated from, which is x store theme that is not updated, see the phone number showing in header? After the update it is no longer showing in the dev site i provided. I also do not know where I edit that information is what i was saying.

If you edit the header using header builder https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG and add the HTML block with the phone as on the example you provided you’ll get the same result http://prntscr.com/vgtwq4
