Display attribute description on selection from dropdown

Hi
I know that you can show variation attribute data at the variation level. However, we’d like to show it at the attribute level, as we have a lot of variations.
Eg, on this page, we’d like the attribute description for ‘Model’ to show when each model is selected.
How can we show this please?
