Working with this theme has been a great experience!

I only have a few questions – but answer to this first might set me on the path to fixing others. When the browser screen is minimized to a smaller size, my site doesn’t flow like the demo site – the text is all the way to the edges of the window; and the slider image pops out instead of resizing. I have modified the css a bit and not sure if this is the issue or if I broke something elsewhere ?

    My site is http://fabiusindoorsportsdev.hillsidewebsolutions.com/

    Thanks for any help!

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site and it’s working fine.
You should reload a page when resizing browser window.
Also check the site on some mobile device.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I might not have explained correctly – it does look great in mobile devices. But when you are in a browser window and you make the window smaller, maybe to see a different window that is open, some of the webpage content – such as logo, homepage slideshow, Cart, etc. begins to display outside the white content area.

As you continue to make the window smaller — after a certain point the webpage display disappears entirely.

I see this behavior in both Chrome and Firefox browsers; in different size monitors.
    Can you please check again.

You shouldn’t have to reload a page to view it correctly when you change a window’s size – average website visitors would not know to do this.

On all responsive websites I visit – including Blanco’s demo website — when I use the mouse to grab the bottom corner of my browser’s window and move it to change the window’s size, all page elements automatically resize/reflow as this is happening. I can change the size to larger or smaller and as it happens, the website page elements automatically adjust and shift nicely to line up within the boundary of the page content.

This happens on Blanco’s demo site — it does not on my site, so I must have done something in the styles to break it. Can you help?

    Hello,

You have to reload a page after resizing a browser window because of the loader script. So if you want to use this function, there is no other solution. Please note that users of mobile devices don’t experience such problem. If you don’t like the variant with page reloading, then disable loader function in Blanco Settings > Show loader icon until site loading on mobile devices > disable.

    Thank you.

I fixed this issue by making sure any changes to css were in the custom.css file rather than the default file used by the theme.
