    Hello,

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    Regards

    Hello,

We do not see the problem right now, and the old screenshot is unavailable now. Could you provide a new one?

What should we do to see the problem on your checkout page? To be able to help we need to see the problem at least.

Did you activated the debug mode? Was any text of error displayed?

In Logs we can see that an additional plugin can be reason of the problem on your site, please check screenshot in the private Content area.

Did you make any changes in the parent theme files or in Core plugin?

Please answer all these questions and provide FTP access, so we can take a closer look. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Regards

    Please contact administrator
