1. When someone wants to search for Api-inhal in the search engine above the hero banner, they can only find it if they write it with a dash, that is, Api-inhal. We would like to achieve that he finds it even if he writes in the search engine:
api inhal
apiinhal
inhalacijska mešanica (inhalation mixture)
Is that possible? Page in private
Hello, TheOne,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve this functionality using the theme’s built-in features or plugins. This would require a modification, as it involves altering WordPress’s search patterns to automatically replace spaces with hyphens (e.g., from %Api inha% to %Api-inha%) and vice versa. Additionally, the search would need to process two queries instead of one.
As for achieving results for a query like%apiinhal%, it is unlikely that this can be implemented even through customization, as the search time would become excessively long.
However, there is an alternative solution that does not require customization. You can include keywords such as “apiinhal,” “Api inha,” and other variations in the description or content of the relevant product. If you do not want these keywords to be visible on the frontend, you can place them within any tag with a hidden class, ensuring they remain invisible to users.
We hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
