Displaying Reviews on Elementor Pro Template

Hi,

I’m encountering difficulty getting reviews to display on my Elementor Pro template within one of my single product pages.

I have ensured that in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Reviews, the option is enabled. Additionally, in the Products > Advanced > Reviews section, the relevant option is also checked.

Despite these settings, the widget named “VOTAZIONE PRODOTTO” is not appearing as expected. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

We regret to inform you that without access to the admin panel, we are unable to verify your settings. We have reviewed the appearance of the product page using the link you provided, and we observed that reviews are visible at the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/7Lt8eISOOwuf. It is possible that clearing your browser cache may be necessary to view them.

Should you be referring to an issue with a different aspect, please provide us with screenshots and wp-admin access for further investigation.

To facilitate WP-Admin access, kindly create a new user account with an administrator role via your WordPress Dashboard. After setting up the account, please securely share the username and password with us through the Private Content section that has been allocated for secure communications.

I’m reaching out regarding another widget positioned just below the product name in the Elementor template, as indicated in the screenshots I’ve attached.

I’ve been in the process of creating a new account for you with administrator privileges, but please note that providing an email address is mandatory for this process.

Your problem is caused by the custom CSS code https://prnt.sc/b5dB6o4lT0AE you added in Theme Options > CSS Aggiuntivo.

Hello,

I’ve removed the custom CSS code, and now the review widget is back in the editor. However, I’m still unable to see it live.

I’ve cleared the cache for both the website and the browser, but the issue apparently persists.
