Dissapearing Section on Homepage of website

Hello Support team

I’m experiencing a weird behavior with one block intermittently disappearing on the frontpage. Please see the screenshots

This started happening on the last update
Could you please take a look and let me know what could be done about it ?

We’ve disabled this option https://prnt.sc/dL2sIzakyd5c to solve the issue, which seems was caused by a conflict with an option of cache/optimization plugin.
