It looks like an issue caused by the Elementor plugin update.
We kindly request that you update the theme, install the latest patches https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/ , and clear the cache. Should the issue persist, please provide us with access to the site.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I did it,but seems like still have bugs.
1.please check the ”bug1.jpg”, it shows like this when i open the link by phone, but its no problem when i use computer.
2.please check the bug2a.jpg and bug2b.jpg. i click the shop sex doll on header,and then i click the ”shop by breast cup”,it go to this wrong link which is https://annesexdoll.com/shop/?filter_cat=shop-by-breast-cup.
it should go to this link:https://annesexdoll.com/product-category/shop-by-breast-cup/.
