Also does not open page editing http://prntscr.com/jx2ze4

There is not the latest version, this is not version 5.5 http://prntscr.com/jx4fri

In general, I care about the latter or not. It is important to me that now editing pages is impossible, the plugin does not work http://prntscr.com/jx4hka .
Yesterday everything worked. What is the problem?
