    Hello,

    1) Provide us with correct WP Dashboard access to your site https://gyazo.com/5a413dc9498f23fa8025516e94df3d75
    2) Provide screenshots of the issues for better understanding. You can use Gyazo or Lightshot screenshot tools to share screenshots.

    1. Sorry!! i try to re-install to see if it fixed but doesnt work. Try it again please! i create the user.

    2. i could try to add some photo but… check the server reqs. it says that doesnt have memory limit but siteground has 728mb and eventually try to do something with elementor and then check the website, you will se that it doesnt hold the changes, only if i go to incognito.

    Hello,

About reqs.: max_execution_time is a limit for the execution time while running the script. For example if you import content and script need more than 30 secs then you may face the problem with demo content import. But depending on other server settings script could finish its work faster. So, if you didn’t face problems with theme options then don’t worry about this parameter. The PHP Max Input Vars is the maximum number of variables your server can use for a single function. If the value is too low, you may experience problems such as can’t save menu settings when added a lot of items. These parameters can be increased from the server-side, so just contact your hosting provider.

If you can see changes via the incognito browser window, it means you can’t see changes via the default window because of cache. It can be cache of your browser, so try to clear it first, or an additional cache, for example – https://prnt.sc/1yqdle5

    Regards
