Dokan Store Review doesn’t work with xstore theme

Dear support team,

with the xstore theme the store review does not work any more. Can you please give advice how to solve the problem? If i go to the review tab in the store page, theres just a message that there are no store reviews but i cannot make a new review.

Hello,

Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Please provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area.
Also, provide URL of page with the problem.

Hello,

Are you talking about reviews of the vendor? This is the Dokan plugin option, not the theme option. So, follow the plugin docs https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan/modules/vendor-review/ or contact plugin support.

Hello,

yes i know and it is activated. With other themes it works but with the xstore theme it doesn’t.

Hello,

i found the problem. I had enabled, that reviews only can made by verified users, thats why the button wasn’t visible.

You can close the topic.
