Domain name change on website - by lornacrow

Hi, I have recently changed my domain name on my website. But now having trouble updating the royal theme to a new version in the child theme and the WP bakery will not update. More details in the private area. I will not be using old website address.

Hello,

What is the Dashboard username? And provide us with FTP access to your site instead of the cPanel.

please find the ftp details in private panel. please not that the system sometimes takes a few extra minutes to load in.

hi, thanks for this information. but that is the wrong HTTP web address you put in. Like i said before, i have changed the domain. the one you tried is the old domain. please see private section for all the details.

We are able to log in to your Dashboard but I don’t see the FTP credentials.
Provide us with FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass.

Hi Olga, thanks for your help. I have taken a look and I still can’t update the plugins and WP Bakery says license activated with old domain. i have a child theme.
1) is the theme the most up-to-date one?
2) what changes were made on the site?
3) Has everything like admin and licenses been changed over from old domain to new domain name?

Hi Olga, i can’t really remember. It is a possibility. I did have a lot of trouble with Wp bakery given in the royal theme. so i might have purchased a new one.
1) is the theme the most up-to-date one?
2) what changes were made on the site?
3) Has everything like admin and licenses been changed over from old domain to new domain name?

Hello,

If you bought your personal license and activated it on another domain go to WPBakery > Product license > click Deactivate and proceed with the necessary steps to deactivate it for the old domain and activate for the new one. We can do nothing with this if you registered your own license.

1) Yes
2) I updated theme and bundled plugins
3) We have changed the license related to our theme. I’m not sure about the licenses of third-party plugins that you use and the individual license of the WPBakery page builder.
