Domain name for Development Site Problem

    Hi,
    how can we use a domain name (development) that is not on your list. Unfortunately, we cannot have a domain name as you have indicated.

    Hi,
    it would be interesting to add temporary “Siteground” hosting domains. Domains that are used for development.
    *.sg-host.com

    I am so sorry, but I would like to have an answer quickly otherwise I will have to find a different solution with another theme.

    I was able to register the theme as STAGING website.
    but I can’t install the core X store.

    error : “installation failed”.
    and also the patchs install well, (but in fact do not install) if I refresh the page, you have to install them again.

    could you verify? you have backed and ftp data from previous message. thanks

    but unfortunately the demo is not imported correctly.

    we imported the demo “classic shop”, and you can check yourself, which are missing several items : menu, product image, etc…

    Attention : we do not want to import mailchimp contents and slider revolution and slides, but the rest of the contents will.

    I’m sorry to write to you again but we are stuck with the project.
    Also, we tested the theme on a DEV domain.* and unfortunately we have the same problems.

    Please give us a feedback as soon as our customer asks us the status of the processing.

    We would recommend you downgrade PHP version to 8.0, disable 3rd party plugins, and after that import only media – https://prnt.sc/Ke7FctPD1qlJ to get images.

    Regarding the issue with patches, it is possible that this is a result of caching or specific configurations on your server. At present, you may disregard this without causing any harm to your website.

    I am very sorry but for me it does not work.
    i returned php to version 8.0.
    I have disabled the cache on the server.
    Deleted the contents and reimported again. the import is successful, but I do not find any content.

    PS : I tried the same procedure on a new installation without any third-party plugins.
    same result.

    Upon conducting a review of your website, we have observed that when all third-party plugins are deactivated, the Media Library displays a total of 774 media items. However, when these plugins are reactivated, we have noticed that images are missing for certain language versions of the site.

    It appears that the initial import of media was performed while the plugins were active, which has resulted in some images not being correctly assigned to their respective locations upon subsequent imports, even with the plugins deactivated.

    To address this issue, we have manually set images for the demo products. We kindly ask that you review the current state of the site to ensure that everything is now in order.
