Don’t know where i can change product description tab and how to create new ones with elementor

Hi,

I Don’t know where i can change product description tab. I’m seeing this information and don’t know where is getting it, i ‘ve also checked individual products trying to edit with elementor but i can’t.

On the other hand i would like to create new tabs using all the options of elementor and not only the small box to create a new tab.

I’ve attached screenshots for both topics.

Hi,

Thank you very much for this video, it was very useful!

I have another two questions.

1) How can I make the description tab visible by default? I mean, once the user see the product page they can see all the information in the description tab without having to click on it to see this information.

2) Is there any option to create a custom tab with elementor on theme builder > single product that apply’s to all the products or categories that i’ve chosen? Because i want to add more tabs to apply globally. Example 4 tabs: Large Description – Product attributes – Work Risks ( a new tab created fully with elementor) – Requirements ( a new tab created fully with elementor)

1/ To address the issue you are experiencing, please follow the detailed instructions below to adjust the settings for your single product page:

1. **For Customizer Users:**
– Navigate to **XStore Builders > Single Product Builder via Customizer > WooCommerce (Shop) > Single Product Page > Tabs**.
– Select **Accordion** from the options available.
– Click **Publish** to save your changes.

2. **For Elementor Users:**
– Go to **XStore Builders > Single Product Builder via Elementor**.
– Edit the template and modify the **Single Product Tabs Widget** under the **General** settings.
– Choose **Accordion** as the type and click **Update** to apply the changes.

Hi, thanks for your response.

1) it was already like this, i’ve checked again and is not working. i want to have it horizontal but change to accordion and anyway is not working, don’t know why (i’ve attached screenshots)

2) I want to create the custom tab in Elementor just like I can do with the large description. i’ve read and see the images you have shared me but i don’t see the solution (i’ve attached new screenshots)

i’ve shared you if you want in the private content and maybe you know better how to do it.

Hi,

1) templates > theme builder > single product > ”
Linea WL” affects products in the category “Work line” for example https://sitetemporalok.site/producto/borcegui-blues/. the strange thing is that have modify this template and i keep seeing it like before, for example with the 2 buttons next to each other with the correct colors black and orange respectively and not like you just put in the test (I’ve attached screenshot). the source of this information is from the customizer? https://sitetemporalok.site/producto/borcegui-blues/
Can i have the template like before or make a test in a new template and not replacing the original one? Please help me understand because i get really dazed.

2) The second question mentioned above, could you see it? is the one that starts ” I want to create the custom tab in Elementor just like I can do with the large description……”

We have created a new test product on your site to address your issue. We recommend using either the Single Product Page Builder via Elementor or the Customizer exclusively to avoid any conflicts.

Should you decide to use a custom layout for your single product page, please proceed as follows:
1. Navigate to XStore Builders > Single Product Builder via Elementor.
2. Click on ‘Add New Layout’.
3. Create your custom layout according to your requirements.
4. Set the condition to ‘Products’ and click ‘Update’.

Hi,

Thanks for the explanation.

What i would like is to have additional tabs that can be created with elementor (not only the large description) . Is that possible?

Also, is there any option to completely edit the custom tab with Elementor and not just that little text box as it is now? I’ve attached screenshot.

1. What i want is to have the possibility to create a new tab with the whole options of elementor and not only a small box of text. I mean, the same thing that i can do with the large description but in another tab.

2. Another thing is not working, is to have the first tab opened by default, do you know what happens?

Hi,

1) OK yes, this would be a wonderful option to have all the things you want in a product page 100% personalized in different tabs.

2) You are right in every other product was ok and i didn’t see that! what i saw and the strange thing was that with this specific product https://sitetemporalok.site/producto/borcegui-blues/ that is associated with “work line” category in saved templates in theme builder was not opening the first tab by default even though it was OK configured. I had to make a new save templated and now is working perfectly, is like when you have to restart your computer, the same things sometimes happens in wordpress i think.
