On the screenshot i have mobile bar down there , i dont want it to appear on the front page , i want it to appear when i scroll down , please help

Please be informed that the mobile panel can be deactivated by navigating to Theme Options and then selecting Mobile Panel. Regrettably, we do not offer the functionality to have it appear upon scrolling down.
