Dosen´t show information on custom product tabs by YIKES

    Hi, last night I installed the latest version of Xstore and today I see that the custom tabs of YIKES are not displayed, only the first one, here is an example, inside the product is all the information of each one but you can’t see them.

    We can’t open your site, unfortunately. Is there any restriction by ip/country?
    Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    Hi Rose I know, it was working until the last update. The server is collapsed right now, the client has just made a promotion and right now you can’t even surf the web. If you can wait until later or another time… thank you.

    Hello,

    We can open the site now.
    Please do next tests:
    1/ Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
    2/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    Let us know the results.

    Hi, it´s solved, there was a problem with the importation of the tabs with Zippy I think, we create them from zero and now is displayed all the tabs in all the products.
