Double brands appearing from theme? how to remove

Hi,
I have a setup of XStore jewellery theme, Dokan and Dokan says need to install YITH Brands add-on. No worries, they work, but the theme originally had also brands, and some sample brands recorded – and they are not in the same place as YITH Brands, see pic: https://prnt.sc/fXQVozOYsVNR

How to get rid of the double brands, those that there were originally, in the XStore theme? and keep them from not appearing in admin dashboard too?

Hello,

Please, go to Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop Elements -> Brands and disable switcher -> http://prntscr.com/tvMszdu9dUO1
After that, you will not have our built-in brands and use only yith addons brands.

Hi, thanks this works on product page and vendor dashboard but then if I disable Brands, can’t see the brands on shop or catalog views? How to help this?

Hello,

Have you tried to contact the support of the plugin? Please do it first.
Let us know if assistance from our side will be needed, in that case, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
