Hi Eight Theme

Please can you help me with the issue of the woocommerce carts & checkout pages doubling up on your theme, it seems to be a common issue in the forums. This only happened when I updated my Royal Theme to 2.6. I have read through other users posts and added the discussed code to the CSS and Cart PHP and I still cannot get rid of the issue. Please see details below:

Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Hello,

We can’t access cpanel getting this error http://storage6.static.itmages.com/i/16/0317/h_1458233181_8369424_a80dfaecf6.png .
Try to delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload it from the theme package. Then check your site.

Thanks for your reply

as to your instruction i deleted the files and copied the woocommerce files across from woocommerce plugins and tried the cart again. Unfortunately No change the cart and booking forms still doubled up (lost my styling too)

Please send me your IP address ASAP and I will put you on the white-list

Hello,

I’ve commented the code in child style.css and in Global Custom CSS section:
.cart-collaterals .cart_totals {display: none !important;}
Also I’ve recreated Checkout page.
Please clear browser cache and check your site now.
