Drop down menu not working - by hemantparmar

Hi,

I am using X-Store theme 3.12.

I have added product categories under Products page. When the cursor hovers over Products menu, the categories appear under the Products but after leaving some space(approx 150 pixels) and are not clickable. In fact the moment the cursor is moved away from Products, the categories disappear.

Pls refer to the “Products” menu on website given in private section.

Pls help.

Helloo,

I have checked your site and don’t see problem with the drop-down menu. Could you provide me screenshot and highlight area where this issue persists?

Well, what you see right now is not drop down menu. It is mega menu. I had to change it as my website is live and I could not afford to have a non functional menu for a longer time.

I wanted to have a simple dropdown of woocommerce product categories to appear under “Products” page in main menu. I had added the product categories under the products page and selected the products page design as “Dropdown” type. Is there any other setting required to have a simple dropdown menu on mouse hover.

No, there is no any special settings. But if you have any problems with this just provide me temporary admin panel access and I’ll help you.
