Hi,
I hope all is well.
On the normal drop down for services on the website if you move from services to hot tubs it doesn’t do the drop down for hot tubs but it does if you go from swim spas to hot tubs. It seems the Mega Menu is working all ok and fine, but the normal drop down menu doesnt allow me to move across the menu so another drop down appears?
I hope this makes sense, if you look at the site and hover over services and go to Hot Tubs you will see the problem.
Thanks for help!
Hello,
Add the following code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS
.nav-sublist-dropdown:before {
top: -20px;
height: 35px;
}
Regards
Perfect! 🙂
Thanks very much!!
You’re welcome!
Have a nice day.
Regards
My mega menu dropdown appears but you cannot click any of the items as the menu dissappears as soon as you move the mouse. This has been reported and fixed by yourselves once before. You applied this global custom css which solved it.
.item-design-mega-menu:hover:before, .menu-element .item-design-mega-menu:hover:before {
bottom: 0;
left: 0;
height: 70px;
}
I cannot understand what has changed.
Hello,
Please delete the old custom css code and set 0 here – http://prntscr.com/l2kn0c and 3em here – http://prntscr.com/l2kofb > http://prntscr.com/l2kops
Let us know the result.

I get this message when i clear the Global Custom CSS…Invalid security credential. Please reload the page and try again.
I set up the padding and set to em.
Still the same error. Please login to verify – details were in private message area.

Dear @online365,
There was a bug with Padding of Fixed menu links. We’ve fixed it and added correct settings – http://prntscr.com/l7g3bm http://prntscr.com/l7g3h4 (Main menu links) http://prntscr.com/l7g3ot (Fixed menu links)

Hello @luxeweddingshop,
Please delete margin-top: -35px for first row on your Home page and add margin-bottom: 0px for slider or provide us with temporary wp-admin access.

I got the menu to work. How do i get the slider image to flush up to the line?
Hello @luxeweddingshop,
You did not add 0px for slider. Please provide access so we can help you.

Hello (again),
I have just checked the site…as i have had no sales recently and the main mega menu is giving the exact same problem once again. On a desktop pc, you cannot move the mouse quick enough to the “shop” category item and click on it. I have reported it twice already and you have fixed with different css each time but everytime you do an update the mega menu fails.
Can you please help me again to resolve this on-going issue.
Thanks
I have fixed myself by changing Header paddings to em rather than px
