Drop down menu seems to have stopped working

We hadn’t used the drop down menu before until now, but for some reason it doesn’t work, it does create a drop down, details in private

You can see on the site a “Test” menu item sitting under “Industries”

This site is a demo clone of a live website, so you can play around with this

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.
If the situation is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access. We will take a closer look.

Hello,

Probably elements in the All departments element causes the issue. Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

FTP in private – I’ve given you the backup clone access so you can play around with this rather than the live site, but bear in mind we will need to add what ever fix there is to the live site once sorted

Yes, upload the XStore core plugin. Or update the theme and plugin to the latest version, fix included.
