Dropdown is not working on secondary menu

Hello,
We are creating a website and it is still in process, the secondary menu dropdown is not working, Would you please help to fix the problem
we also tried to disable all the plugins but it still not working

the admin login is in private content area

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly request you to revisit your site after clearing your browser cache.

Our team has made necessary edits to the secondary menu under the path: Appearance > Menus > Sensors > Menu Options > Design > Select Mega Menu. Following these changes, we have saved the settings which have effectively resolved the issue.
