Hi,
for our site we have chosen to use the dropdown of the main menu on the click and not on the hover because in my opinion it is really frustrating as behavior.
But I noticed a couple of problems, once the menu is open, it does not close automatically when the mouse exits the dropdown focus, much less if you open another dropdown or interact with the site.
It is very uncomfortable and confusing. Is it not possible to add a close menu button or have the menu close automatically if you move from the focus? How would it happen if it were set to open on hover?
Thank you

Hello,
That’s strange. Could you, please, provide us with access to your support account. We’ll check why you don’t have access to this.

Sure
Hi,
among other things, now I noticed that after updating the theme to the new version, the dropdown menu on the click and not on the mouse over does not work anymore 🙂
To be clear, however, what I think should be added to the dropdown, is the X button that you put in the full width search dropdown
thank you
Hello,
I can’t log in to your 8theme account using these credentials https://prnt.sc/zuz22m
Provide me the correct link to your site and WP Dashboard access to allow me to check the issue with the drop-down.

Sure,
the dropdown menu I noticed that it does not work if I activate the full widht search, if I leave the classic it works instead.
The fact remains, however, that when you open the dropdown on the click, then there is no button to close it and honestly it is a bit confusing as to use. You risk opening several menus on top of each other.
Wouldn’t it be more correct to add a CLOSE button rather than if you open another menu or remove the focus of the mouse from the dropdown, it closes automatically?
thank you
Hello,
Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.
