Dropdowns not showing up - by Ron - on WordPress WooCommerce support

In the main navigation there are a couple different submenus that stopped showing up. When you scroll down and the navigation moves to the top of the page you can see them up there, but not in the place where they’d normally show up.

I’ve tested the plugins to see if they’re conflicting and haven’t found any that have fixed it yet…

Hello,

Try to update WordPress to the latest version. If it doesn’t help please provide us with FTP/admin panel credentials in Private Content.

I’m using the old version because the Visual Composer stopped working in the new version – is that fixed now?

Hello,

The Visual Composer works fine with new WP version. Try to upgrade your WP to the latest version. Also don’t forget then to update your theme to the latest version 2.2. I updated to 2.2 and erased WP Bakery as instructed but it doesn’t give me an option to enable Visual Composer and I can’t find the file in the downloads – can you advise where I can get that to upload it?
