Duplicated the website and purchased a new license – How can I connect the new purchase code?

    I duplicated the website: partypet.co.il to >> buballoon.co.il and I don’t find any way to change the first purchase code to the second(new) one.

    Another important thing, I can’t find any way to remove the dog steps from the website design, it’s stuck on the whole theme. I need to remove it asap please help me out, attached the login info on private with the new purchase code, thank you!

    2/ Please navigate to Theme Options, then select Breadcrumbs, followed by Breadcrumbs Background, where you can change or remove the image as desired.

    Thank you for activating the theme for me.
    I’ve tried everything to remove those backgrounds, I tried a lot with the old wordpress it was installed on.

    Also attached are screenshots, notice that I removed the background image on the breadcrumbs, nothing changed..

    Upon updating the background image for the header, we noticed that the changes are not visible. This issue may be related to the Content Delivery Network (CDN) you are utilizing. We advise you to clear the CDN cache or consider temporarily disabling the CDN to resolve this matter.

    2/ We have observed that the version of the theme you are currently using is significantly outdated. We strongly recommend performing regular updates to avoid encountering related issues. If your site is live, we suggest establishing a staging environment—a complete replica of your live site. You may activate the theme using the same purchase code and proceed with updates and testing in this staging site. Please ensure that you follow the correct update sequence: update the theme first, followed by the Core plugin.

    Can you please help me out with turning off the CDN?
    And with updating the theme, I’m a returning customer but I’m not that good with wordpress/developing/servers.

    When I tried to update the plugins the site is breaked.

    Didn’t succeed in doing that, tried a lot..
    Anyway, I rebuild it now with the original animal’s theme.

    How can I remove that from the background? attached a screenshot.
    Again can’t find how to do it..
