Dynamic Pricing & Discounts not working

After making all settings and checking a product page, the offer for wholesale purchases does not appear. Example: Buying over 20 products, get 30% off.

Hello,

Do you face this problem with our theme only or with a default theme, like Storefront, too? Have you tried to contact the support of the plugin?
