Hi,
I have customized the e-mail template for the order confirmation, but it does not work correctly.
If the customer pays in advance, the payment information for the bank transfer should be displayed in the email (as in the Woocommerce email template).
Unfortunately, this is not inserted for the payment method “Prepayment”. Can you help me with this problem?
Kind regards
Nicola
Hello, Nicola,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
Please check how emails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).
Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the tests with screenshots.
Best regards,

Hi,
If the Xstore e-mail builder is deactivated but the Xstore theme is active, it displays the bank details in the e-mail if the customer has selected the payment method “bank transfer”. See screenshot attached. Then it works. But not if I create and send the e-mails with the e-mail builder of Xstore.
Hello @Nicola,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
If there are not such widget available in our Email builder templates we would like to inform you that our Email Builder contains a WC Hook element that can be used, for example – https://www.8theme.com/topic/including-identity-number-in-emails-and-invoices/.
Please, test on real orders only but not in previewer of the email template.
Kind Regards,
Jack Richardson
