    Hi, I have added an extra line into the contact form on the contact us page “Subject”. This seems to have messed up the form grid alignment. Can I please how do I edit the form (ie the lines that sit around the text)? When I try to ‘Edit with WPBakery Page Builder’ I get an error page (pics in private area).

    Also can you please advise where I edit the position of the error messages when required fields are not completed. Currently it is not clear which fields these message link to.

    Many thanks

    Hello,

    1) Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check the mentioned error while you edit it? Also, provide us with server error logs to get more information about error.

    2) Where exactly do you want to add the Subject field in the form layout? Above the Message area?

    3) Error message appears below the input field https://prnt.sc/tprgun Where do you want to display it?

    Regards

    Hi, my apologies for not following this sooner, I was prioritising getting the website to actually work.

    1) I’ve added the access codes in the private area. The error message was site wide and has been fixed.

    2) I’ve added the subject field on top of the message field.

    3) The way the contact form works is exactly like the demo and I assume how it is intended to work, so not an error, however I find the layout and error message unclear. I have tried to create a form from scratch to try and get a ‘boxed field’ form but I still get the same format in xstore.

    Firstly the location of each of the “titles” of the sections isn’t consistent. The ‘subject’ (added by me) and ‘message’ maybe could be in the centre of the area to type in

    Secondly, could the error messages be aligned to the box they are referring to? See pic below.

    Many thanks.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in answering.
    Add the next custom CSS code:

    .wpcf7-form ::placeholder {
        text-align: center;
    }

    There is no mentioned possibility for the error messages.

    Regards
