Edit Header 10 – eliminate language icons and add social media buttons

Hi,

I am using the Snowboard child theme with header 10. Is the snowboard demo using header 10? If not, will you please tell me what header is used in the demo?

I’d like to change the header to what’s in the snowboard demo header, with the social media icons instead of the language and currency options.

Hello,

Header type 10 is used for demo “Snowboard”.
To have multilingual site you need install WPML plugin http://wpml.org/ , also refer to this documentation:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/

Hi Eva,

I don’t want the multi language icons in the header.

I’d like to eliminate them and replace them with social media icons, like in the snowboard demo.

I’ve added text widget with [share] shortcode into ‘Left side top bar area’ sidebar (Appearance->Widgets). Please check.

That is fantastic! Thank you.

When I click on the social media buttons to share the page, all the original demo content “Snowboard
A full range of discount, end of line and clearance snowboard clothing is available to buy both online and in our outlets.” pops up.

Do you know how I can edit that content?

Are you talking about Facebook icon? Try to clear facebook cache and described here:
https://www.8theme.com/blog/clearing-facebooks-share-cache/
