Edit slider whic comes after clicking cart page in header section

hey my name is bittu, and i want to edit the slider which comes after clicking on cart icon which is mentioned in header section , there it shows spend 2500{eg} more to get free delivery . but i alredy provide free delivery to my customer. plz sugesst me how can i do this
