‘Edit with Elementor’ Cannot Be Initiated on The — Elementor, Shop Page

Hi there,

I encountered an issue, that on the default all products page, which is noted ‘— Elementor, Shop Page’ on the dashboard, when I try to ‘Edit with Elementor’, it could not be opened. And the notification says:’Sorry, the content area was not found in your page’. And I want to know how to get that issue fixed.

Do I have to create another Template? And does that template have any differences from that auto-generated all products default page Template?

Since I am not very familiar with Elementor, that would be great if you show me how to fix that issue by video recording. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

If you want to edit archive page (Shop or Blog) using Elementor you need to use Elementor Pro, the default Elementor does not have such an option. If you have Elementor Pro, contact their support to get assistance.
