Hi we check memory limit on our website and its really high so its nother reason why Elementor editor is loading infinitely. Could you please help me.

1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
2/ Try to downgrade the PHP version to 8.0.

You can login now there is no more 505 error but the Elementor is still not working

We check all plugins and themes and Elementor starts working corretly only with disabled Xstore Theme so this is the problem. Could you fix it? Thx

Please provide FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Also, we can see that disabling the Elementor Pro plugin solves the problem. Please contact support for the plugin too.
