I am having an issue with Elementor not loading the home page and the Mega Menus that XStore provides in its theme:

2024-12-11T06:27:28+00:00 Critical Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string / float in /usr/www/users/REDACTED/REDACTED/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/libraries/bfi-thumb/bfi-thumb.php:745

    Hello, Terek,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would recommend you contact support of the Elementor plugin directly – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/

    Good day,

Could this not be as a result of an incompatibility with the theme? I have only installed the plugins provided with the theme and translatepress however this issue persists even when disabling all other plugins. This issue does not persist on other Elementor installations I have on other sites.

    Kind regards,
    Terek

Enabling debug mode provides this error:

Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the rp_wcdpd domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Hello, Terek,

It seems that the issue is related to the WordPress update (from 6.7). You may either downgrade to a previous version or contact support of the Elementor plugin.
