Elementor greys out after activating the theme plugin

im having problem with elementor when i activaye the theme plug in, it gives the elementor modules endless loading whiles remain grey.

Hi

Update theme and XStore core plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and try to edit the page using Elementor after that.
