Hi Rose,
Thanks for your reply actually this is due to some theme code confliting the site I have checked the site with other themes and it works properly but while I work with XStore theme it stops working. That’s why I was concerned wheatear the theme supports Elementor or not.
Hello,
Our theme supports Elementor.
We can’t log in right now. Please check.
Have you checked the PHP error logs of your server to determine the cause of the problem?
Provide FTP access also, so we can take a closer look.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Here are the new temp login details please check.
Hello,
Could you, please, update Elementor Pro plugin to the latest version? Because I see that Elementor plugin generates error https://gyazo.com/52874852845209f2c0c493ec4d5453a9 So, it’s important that plugin to be the latest version. Also, provide us with FTP access. Because I see that you copied framework folder to child theme and it may cause the problem. You don’t need to copy full the framework folder, only code of the function that you want to change to child theme functions.php. We need to check that moment. If you made any changes in that folder let me know which one.
Regards
Hi Olga,
Please check the FTP details here
Hello,
You have 2 types of errors on your site:
1) Caused by files in your child theme, for example, https://gyazo.com/c087ef4615d9e3beba3aa224598933d7
I checked woocommerce folder in your child theme and see that you just copied the full folder from parent theme to child theme. Why? What files did you change there? If you need to change anything you need to copy only that file into the child theme taking into account the folder structure. So, I renamed the woocommerce folder in your child theme. Create new woocommerce folder and place there only file/files that you need to change, not all the files.
2) You have a lot of plugins and 2 page builders enabled (52 active plugins). Your server does not have enough resources for this and display PHP memory limit error https://gyazo.com/f7f2c37ef768f1a2e0402cc76aad097b
So, either try to disable WPBakery page builder and other heavy plugins that use a lot of memory or contact your hosting provider and increase the memory limit.
