Elementor Loading Issue – Unable to edit any page

Unable to edit any product/page/post with Elementor. The page shows loading error. Tried safe mode too. Tried basic fixes of upgrading to PHP latest version, WordPress latest version. No additional plugins are installed.

Thanks, after removing cloudflare SSL it got fixed.

P.S: earlier it was on 8.1 but has same issue, then I upgraded to 8.3.

Hello, Dhanushka,

Please downgrade the PHP version from 8.4.2 to 8.1 or 8.2. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version.

Additionally, update the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

As we can see, for example, the About Us page can be edited using Elementor – https://prnt.sc/2LBk3D-DiJSU
