Hi, my Elementor Pro side bar is continuously loading and greyed out, but once i disable the XStore Core plugin, it loads properly.

Kindly advise what could be the problem in your XStore Plugin.

Hi, yes we increased the memory as required a few hours ago. If you notice the error log is a few hours old, not current.
Maybe you can test now and see if the same error msg appears.

    Hello Hamil,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We have deleted the log file (WooCommerce > Statuc > Logs) and subsequently edited a page using Elementor. However, we encountered a new file displaying the same memory error. We kindly request that you contact your hosting provider, as they will be able to resolve this issue for you.

Hi, just an update – a plugin had changed the .htaccess file and put a limit on PHP Memory of 128Mb which was overriding the php settings in CPanel!
Have changed it to 512M and all is working great again 🙂
Thank you for the prompt and accurate support.
    Bye
