Hi
The element plugin did not load when I want to edit specific static block (Footer) [block id=”48″] but the other static blocks are working fine
Hello,
Were you able to edit this block early? Wat was done before the problem happened?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
Regards
I was editing the static block with elementor as usual.
I tried to deactivate the other plugins but the same problem
Hello, @Thomas,
I have just logged in to your site and found that still you are using many third-party plugins, So should I deactivate those plugins on your site? Please take the complete backup of your site or clone it and share the cloned site WP Admin access with me, so that I’ll check and debug it on your site, debug includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well, so that is why I need your permission as well.
Regards 8Themes Team.
