    Hello, @Intermarket Guest Amenities,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

2/ If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.

    Let us know the results.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I checked all plugins and it turns out that this is the Plugin causing the issue:

    PRO Elements.

Deactivating this plugin allows me to edit pages with Elementor but when I try to use the Elementor Theme builder, the error message attached comes up so it seems I have a Catch 22 issue – I can edit pages when this plugin is deactivated but I can’t use the Elementor Theme Builder.

    Please help.

    Hello, @Intermarket Guest Amenities,

    Thank you for your response.

We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Kindly clear your browser cache and check your website to confirm the resolution.

To address the problem, we have deactivated the Jetpack Boost and Jetpack Protect plugins, which has successfully resolved the issue.

For your reference, please find the attached images.

The PRO Elements plugin is not causing the issue.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
