    Hi,

We have come across an issue which when we try to update the elementor and the Elementor Header & Footer Builder, either one of them will crash the website, therefore we haven’t been able to do any updates for these 2 plugins since 5 months ago.

Can you check what’s the main issue and how to fix this problem?
    elementor update error

    Thank you in advance!

    Kris

    Hello,

Fatal error caused by TFPosts Addon For Elementor https://prnt.sc/A9nmBzIsSPeE
Contact the plugin author and ask them to fix the issue. We are not responsible for third-party plugins. Update all the other third-party plugins to the latest versions.

    Hi Olga,

We have deactivated the TFPost Plugin but the elementor issue still exists, should updated version of elementor compatible with your theme? It’s weird that the version 3.6.5 elementor does not work with your theme.

Can you kindly let us know the reason why?

On the other, just wondering did your staff helped to update the elementor as the website crashes and our client was complaining this morning.

    Thank you.

    Best,

    Kris

    Hi Olga,

We have fixed the issues, and it seems to be a few plugins causing that from happening. Thank you so much for your help!

    Best,
    Kris

    Hi Rose,

We fixed the issues by removing the TF Post Addon, and also the Header & Footer for Elementor. Then we upgrade the Elementor from 3.5.6 to 3.6.5, but the downside is that we will have to find other plugins to replace TF Post and the Header & Footer plugin.
