Hi,
We’re wanting to use the Elementor Pro plugin (already installed) as the default header…
We created the header in the “header builder” within Elementor, and it looks correct, but after setting this as the default header, the website shows the header with “stripped” design, showing the elementor modules without customisation.
For example: the button on the header was designed with a custom font and orange, but when viewing on the live site, uses Elementor’s default green and stock font, and incorrect spacing.
_ FURTHER INFO
The whole site doesn’t show Elementor properly on any page, once the XThemes Core plugin is deactivated it works well, but I need this for the functionality of the main theme?
Please help, thank you.
Hello, KSwan,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
1/ Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.
2/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Let us know the result.
Best Regards,
