    Hi,

I’ve been working on the Sneakers Demo page to customize for my own business. However, the changes I make in the Elementor Pro page builder don’t seem to show up on the actual live page. I’ve cleared all cache as well.

This is in regards to the Best Sellers element.

    Thank you

EDIT: It’s not only the Best Sellers element. The header using the Header Builder doesn’t show the same header. Also the Footer using Static Blocks is different than the correct one I’m seeing in the Elementor Editor.

    Hello, @Chyston,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1) In order to solve your issue, Please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization and set Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources to Off.

Additionally, go to Elementor > Tools and click on Regenerate CSS & Data.

Clear the cache and check the result.

    2) We suggest that you attempt to temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear the browser cache, and then check again.

If you are able to see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end.

If the issue persists afterward, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:

    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Thank you for replying!

Doing step 1 already fixed the issue for me! Does this mean I cannot use those settings for Speed Optimization again?
