Since version 3.26 of the Elementor plugin, it is no longer possible to change the text size in the Text Editor module. Regardless of what is set in Elementor, the theme’s settings are applied (please look at this page: Neues). This is unacceptable. Please provide me with a solution, as I cannot use the theme under these conditions. Thank you very much.

    Hello, Marcochi,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We kindly ask you to record a detailed video demonstrating your actions and the issue you are experiencing. This will help us better understand your concerns and expectations.

Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

    Hello, Marcochi,

The font-size settings for the website fonts were previously configured and continue to be managed through Theme Options > Typography. We have checked, and it is functioning properly. For example https://prnt.sc/TjzXrr8L8bF9 > https://prnt.sc/xuSzBJJsQWQX
This means you can set global font settings via the theme options, while also applying local adjustments using Elementor, if needed. For example – https://prnt.sc/dyK9x1FSWyRk > https://prnt.sc/HCdJGHrTqij0

Should you have any further inquiries or issues, we encourage you to contact us without hesitation. Our support team is consistently accessible to provide assistance through our support forum.

    Best regards,

I have checked this, and I cannot confirm that it works the same way it did up until version 3.26 of Elementor. I understand that I can set the base font size in the theme settings. However, I expect to be able to reliably adjust it within Elementor. This is currently not the case – and it specifically affects the Text Editor.

Other themes I use, such as Woodmart, handle this without any issues. Please fix this problem, as your theme is truly great!

    Ciao
    Marco

    Dear @marcochi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

You are absolutely correct that Elementor has updated the class for the text editor widget from .elementor-text-editor to .elementor-widget-text-editor. As a result, the CSS for paragraphs within this widget was not being applied correctly.

We are pleased to inform you that this issue has already been resolved on your website. Additionally, the fix will be included in the next theme update to ensure compatibility moving forward.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
