Hi,
I recently got the theme updated by your support and now I am finding that I can’t edit some of the Elementor Theme Builder templates. Please help. I am receiving this error but I can still view the page correctly.

I can edit some of the templates but not all.

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Describe in more detail where should we go to be able to see errors.

I had the problem with Elementor Pro ver. 3.4.1 as well. I installed older version (3.2.2 in my case) and it worked.

Did you check your website with updated theme or update xstore plugin.? or check your website elementor on different browser ?
Also send us highlighted screenshot for our better understanding.

In TEMPLATES > Theme Builder > Some of the templates (ex: Product Category Page) I can view this page but when I click EDIT WITH ELEMENTOR It causes the error I pasted above.
I have created a user for you to enter the site and see this yourself. I also sent out a contributor request on flywheel for ftp access.

Appreciate that. It didn’t work for me.
The problem is, when Elementor Pro is active. My previous information was incorrect – even with older versions of Elementor Pro the problem is the same – It is not possible to open pages (static blocks) in Pro version of Elementor.
But when I deactivate Elementor Pro, I can open/create new blocks with free version of Elementor. Im not sure if it would be possible to open blocks with Element Pro widgets, because I do not have used them.
