I checked all the plugin, and when I turn off the pro element, everything is ok, but turn it on, a error message shown.
Error: Unexpected token '<', "<br /> <b>"... is not valid JSON
The main function is ok with classical table view, just not user-friendly.
So, is there any way to solve it?
Hello, @pakyait,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
If the problem persists, it is possible that the issue may be related to the server. We kindly ask you to check this as well.
Furthermore, If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
@Tony Rodriguez I already disable the plugin one by one and check the plugin, when pro element is active, the problem caused.
attach with the wp admin and FTP, please check.
Thanks
Dear @pakyait,
We hope this message finds you well.
Could you kindly update the WP_DEBUG setting in the wp-config.php file to false? For your reference, you may find detailed instructions in the following article:

Please let us know the outcome once the change has been made.

I also searched in github, maybe it is a wp 6.7 issues. I have no idea coz few days before there is no problem at all.
Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the elementor-pro domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Dear @pakyait,
We hope this message finds you well.
It appears that the issue was related to a bug in WordPress version 6.7.x. We have now set the WP_DEBUG
parameter back to false
.
Everything should be functioning correctly at this point. Could we kindly ask for your assistance in verifying if the issue has been fully resolved on your end?
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
